Our policy

• At our events we rather you do not film the event because we are there to do our job so that you can enjoy the show 
• Our policy for dance shows is that you are not allowed film on the day of the event and or post media on social media without purchasing a copy. 
• For events like dance shows/competitions please have your music recorded at the sound level you want it played, therefore it will be played at the correct sound level.
• If you need any technician gear moved please let staff know, and we will move it.
• Please be mindful around our gear as it is quite sensitive. 
• Please communicate with us efficiently so, therefore, we can get the job done to the best of our ability.
• If you have any complaints please don’t hesitate to contact us through the website, rather than on the day.
